These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Playloom website (the "Site") and your purchase and use of any digital products, printables, and content (collectively, the "Products") offered by Playloom ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our Site and purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our Products.

2. Digital Product License and Permitted Use

 

This is the most important part of our agreement. When you buy a Product from Playloom, you are not buying the product itself; you are buying a limited license to use it.

  • Grant of License: Upon purchase, Playloom grants you one (1) single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Product for Personal Use only.

  • "Personal Use" means:

    • You may download and print the Product an unlimited number of times for your own personal, household, or single-classroom use.

    • This license is for you (the purchaser) and your own children or students only.

  • Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do):

    • You may not share the digital file with anyone else, including friends, family, or colleagues.

    • You may not resell, redistribute, or give away the digital file for free or for profit.

    • You may not post the digital file on any website, blog, or file-sharing platform for others to download.

    • You may not use the Product for any commercial purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, using it in your own business, on a commercial blog, or as part of a product you sell.

    • You may not alter, edit, or create derivative works from the Product to resell or redistribute.

    • You may not claim the Product as your own work.

Violation of these license terms will result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to legal action.

 

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

 

All content on the Site and all Products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and digital files, are the exclusive property of Playloom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

Your purchase grants you the limited license as described in Section 2. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

 

4. Accounts

 

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Site and for any activities or actions under your password.

 

5. Product Descriptions & Compatibility

 

We strive to describe our Products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Our Products are provided in PDF format (or other formats as specified). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software (such as a free PDF reader) to open and use the files. We are not responsible for any issues related to software incompatibility or your technical inability to use the files.

 

6. Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or other currencies as displayed. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

We use third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Stripe) to process transactions. Your use of these services is subject to their terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of these payment gateways.

 

7. Refund & Return Policy

 

As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, all sales of digital products/ Physical products or customised products are final. Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of our Products, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

 

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

 

  • Educational Content Disclaimer: The Products provided by Playloom are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a professional educational institution or advisory service. We make no guarantees about any specific educational results or outcomes from the use of our Products. All activities should be performed with adult supervision.

  • No Warranties: The Site and all Products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
