 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Processing Time: Since every kit is hand-packed with care, please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your order before it is shipped.

  • Shipping Partner: We ship all orders through Delhivery or a comparable reliable courier partner.

  • Delivery Estimates (Within India): Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons (Diwali, Christmas).

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email once your order has been dispatched. For your convenience, you may also receive real-time tracking updates via WhatsApp from our logistics partner.

Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how you will receive your products.

 

1. All Products are Digital

All products are delivered as high-quality, printable PDF files that you can download and print at your convenience.

 

2. Instant Delivery Process

 

You will receive your digital files in two ways, immediately after your payment is successfully processed:

  1. On the Checkout Confirmation Page: As soon as your payment is complete, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page. This page will contain a direct download link for each product you purchased.

  2. Via Email: We will simultaneously send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will also contain a secure download link for your files.

 

3. What If I Don't Receive My Email?

 

If you do not see the order confirmation email in your inbox within 10-15 minutes of your purchase, please:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • If you use Gmail, check your "Promotions" or "Social" tabs.

4. File Format & Requirements

 

All our printables are delivered in PDF format. You will need a free program, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, to open, view, and print your files.
