Welcome to Playloom! We are delighted you’ve chosen our creative kits. Please read our comprehensive policy below, which covers both our physical DIY Kits/Products and any digital products you may purchase.

SECTION A: PHYSICAL DIY ACTIVITY KITS/PRODUCTS (e.g., Christmas Creator Kit)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order only if the shipment has NOT been handed over to the courier partner. Once the shipment is marked "Out for Pickup," cancellation is not possible.

  • No General Returns/Exchanges: Due to the nature of craft kits and to maintain hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for items based on change of mind, color preference, or a child's lack of interest. All sales are considered final.

  • Damaged or Missing Items (The Only Exception):

    • If your kit arrives damaged (e.g., broken plaster figures, paint pots spilled) or if a key component is missing, we will happily replace the affected items or the entire kit.

    • Reporting Damage: You must report any damage or missing items to us via email at hello@playloom.store within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the following:

      1. Your Order Number.

      2. A clear photograph of the damaged item and the box/packaging.

      3. A brief description of the issue.

    • Upon verification, we will initiate the replacement shipment free of charge.

SECTION B: DIGITAL PRODUCTS (e.g., Printables & Guides)


All sales are final. 
Once a purchase is completed and the digital file(s) have been made available for download, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Why We Have This Policy

Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be returned to us. Once you have access to the file, it is yours forever. This policy helps us protect our intellectual property and keep our prices affordable for all our customers.

Before You Buy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! We strongly encourage you to:

  • Read the product descriptions carefully to ensure it's the right fit for your child's age and learning needs.

  • Review product images and previews.

  • Note the file format provided (e.g., PDF) and ensure you have the appropriate software (like a free PDF reader) to open and use the file.

What If I Have a Problem with My Download?

Your satisfaction is still our top priority. If you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve it:

  • You are unable to download the file after purchase.

  • The file you received is corrupted, damaged, or the incorrect file.

  • You have not received the email containing your download link within one hour of your purchase (please check your spam/junk folder first!).

If you experience any technical issues, please email our support team at hello@playloom.com with your order number, and we will ensure you receive the correct, working file.
